This After-Sales Service Policy is only applicable to AIthlete products sold through official channels.

This service policy applies exclusively to AIthlete products purchased directly for personal use and does not cover products intended for resale.

Return & Refund condition
You can request our Return & Refund Service:
√ Within 7 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product if the product has no manufacturing defect, and is still in new or like-new condition (The product itself, along with its original packaging, accessories, gifts, manuals, trademark labels, etc., must be intact and undamaged, and must not affect resale ).
√ Within 7 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product if the product has a manufacturing defect.
√ Within 15 calendar days starting from 00:00 on the day after receiving a product if the product has a performance issue that is not caused by misuse or human damage
Return & Refund Service will not be provided where:
× The product return and exchange period has passed.
× A product sent to AIthlete for Return & Refund Service does not include all original accessories, attachments or packaging, or any item is not in new or like-new condition, i.e. with cracks, dents or scratches.
× A legal proof of purchase is not provided or is reasonably believed to have been forged or tampered with.
× Damage is caused to the product by uncontrollable external factors, including fire, floods, high winds or lightning strikes.
× A product is not delivered to AIthlete seven 15 calendar days after Return & Refund Service confirmation is sent from AIthlete.
× Other circumstances stated in this policy.
Return charge policy

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for returns or exchanges caused by reasons other than product quality issues and damage that is not due to human factors leading to product performance failure.
